The object 

 

      UraStore is a brand and a company registered in Morocco, and its main activity is an independent integrated platform for e-commerce  

Sellers registered on the platform undertake to implement the service entrusted to them by buyers with predefined characteristics on their personal stores, so UraStore cannot be held responsible for delivery times for problems or problems that the buyer may encounter with the seller, since the platform is a third party and does not look into problems which may lie between buyer and seller. 

Customer access and registration

 

In order to be a customer of a platform, it is necessary that you meet the following conditions:

You must faithfully complete the required fields of the registration form requesting personal data such as username, email address and phone number..

 

You must accept these Terms of Use and Contract.

The User warrants that all information about his identity and ability provided to UraStore in the registration form on the Platform is true, accurate and complete. In addition, the User undertakes to keep his contact information up-to-date.

 

If the user provides false, inaccurate or incomplete information, or if Eora Store believes that there are well-founded reasons to doubt the correctness, accuracy or integrity of such information, Era Store may refuse the user to provide current or future access to the Platform and its contents and/ or its services and use.

 

When registering on the platform, the user must choose a username and password. Username and password are strictly confidential and do not exist. To improve the security of its accounts, Era Store recommends that users do not use the same login credentials as on other platforms. If the user uses the same login credentials as on other platforms, EraStore will not be able to guarantee the security of the account, nor will it be able to ensure that the user is the only person who registers in their profile.

 

The user undertakes not to disclose the items in his account and not to allow access to them to a third party. The user will be responsible for any use of this data or site services that may be made by a third party, including the data and/or content entered on the platform, or for any other action performed under his user name and/or password .

 

Profile personally

 

To complete their registration on the platform, the user is required to provide certain information, such as username, email address, phone number, etc. Once the registration process is completed, the user will be able to access and complete or modify their profile, and/or opt out, as they see fit. EraStore does not store the User's payment data, which will be processed and stored by the Payment Provider as described in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Because UraStore does not store users' payment data nor associate their bank cards with their profiles, UraStore will not be responsible for fraudulent use that may be made by a third party on the user's account. Era Store undertakes, if necessary, to cooperate with the User and the relevant authorities in order to provide reliable evidence for the application of the false accusations. In the event of fraud, Era Store reserves the right to take any action that may be necessary if it has been harmed as a result of misuse of the Site.

Era Store cannot be held responsible for editing and expressly states that it does not identify with any opinions that may be issued by users of the Platform, and its consequences are the responsibility of the issuers only. 

 

Any person who does not comply with the above obligations will be liable for any loss or damage caused. Era Store will not accept any responsibility for any consequences, loss or damage that may result from such illegal use or illegal access by a third party.

UraStore Bonds  

It is the user's responsibility to provide the services and equipment necessary to browse the Internet and access the Platform. The User will be able to inform UraStore of any incidents or problems accessing the Platform through the communication methods available to the Users; Era Store will analyze the incident and tell the user how to solve it as soon as possible. 

 

EraStore does not control and is not responsible for the content uploaded by users through the platform, and users are solely responsible for the legality of such content. 

 

EraStore will not be liable for service interruptions, login errors, internet access disruptions, internet access interruptions, or any other reason beyond its control. 

 

UraStore disclaims any responsibility for security errors or damage to the User's computer system (materials and software), files or documents stored there, as a result of the following: The 

 

presence of a virus in the computer system or the mobile phone used by the User to communicate with the Platform's content and services

Responsibility for Content 

 

UraStore does not control (and has no obligation to control) how users use the Platform. Users therefore do not guarantee that the Platform will be used in accordance with these Terms of Use or in a diligent and/or prudent manner. EraStore does not verify (and is not required to verify) the identity of users or the correctness, completeness and/or correctness of the data provided by them or the news. 

 

EraStore will not verify products sent or delivered through orders on the Platform. User and Agent therefore release EraStore from any liability for the availability and/or transfer of Products that require specific permissions or licenses or products prohibited by applicable legislation, as described (by way and without limitation) in the above Article. If Eora Store learns that the User and/or Agent is using the Application to transmit Prohibited Products, Eora Store may initiate an internal investigation to verify the facts, take any legal action that may be necessary and/or block the User or Agent involved until the investigation is complete. Among the measures available to EraStore is providing data and information about users and proxy data to the authorities. 

 

UraStore disclaims any liability for damages of any kind that may result from the illegal use of the Platform by users or because information provided by the user to other users is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete and/or false, and in particular, without limitation, for any Loss or damage of any kind that may result from a user pretending to be a third party in a report made via the Platform. In particular, the Eora Store declines any liability for the use of the Eora Store Business Platform, or for orders that may be placed by a third party, from the User's account. 

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, EraStore reserves the right to limit some users' access to the Platform in whole or in part, as well as cancel, suspend, block or remove certain types of content, using appropriate technological tools, if it is aware that the activity or information stored is illegal or Harmful to the rights or properties of a third party. In this regard, Era Store will be able to put in place all necessary filters to prevent the use of the Service to upload illegal or harmful content on the Internet. By making Content available through the Platform, Users assign to UraStore all operating rights arising from Content thus provided. 

NO GUARANTEE FOR PAYMENTS  

 

REPRESENTATIONSERA STORE MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE AUTHENTICITY, ACCURACY, NORMALITY, RELIABILITY, LEGALITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS BY AGENTS. In this regard, the user states that he understands that EraStore is a technology platform whose main activity is mediation, that is, it simply connects sellers and buyers by providing a solution which is an online store and thus disclaims any responsibility arising from the information provided by the agents and for any loss or damage that may be caused by them violating these terms and conditions. When an order is placed on and accepted by the state, a direct relationship is established between the user and the state. Era Store is not a party to this relationship and simply allows the parties to communicate and place as many orders as necessary. Therefore, Era Store will never be responsible for the availability of agents. 

 

UraStore makes no statement or confirmation regarding the Agents, their identity or background. Notwithstanding the foregoing, UraStore may eventually be able to carry out additional inspections and perform procedures designed to assist in verifying the identity of sellers. In this regard, if the User has acquired authorization status, it simply means that he has completed the corresponding registration process and that he has accepted these Terms of Use and any other specific terms that apply to him. This status does not imply endorsement or approval by UraStore regarding the reliability, suitability and/or safety of users. 

 

Therefore EraStore recommends that clients always use common sense and give their full attention when delegating a mission to a specific mandate. 

 

By joining the Platform, the User understands that any potential liability claims arising from the action or omission of Users of the Platform or other third parties will remain limited to such users or third parties, and that no liability claim can be brought against UraStore. 

Platform updates and changes  

 

UraStore reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at any time without notice. Users need to read these terms and conditions carefully when they access the Platform. In any case, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions will be an essential step before accessing the Services and Content available on the Era Store platform. 

 

In addition, Era Store reserves the right to update, amend or delete the information contained in its platform, at any time and without notice, in connection with its layout, presentation and access conditions, without accepting any liability in this respect. EraStore does not guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions in accessing the Platform or its content, or that it will always be up-to-date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Era Store will take, except in the event of circumstances that make it difficult or impossible, all necessary measures to correct such errors, restore connectivity and update the Content as soon as it becomes aware of the errors or disconnections, or the Content is out of date.
